Welcome family and friends to this website. I have created this website for our family and their friends. This website is dedicated to keeping us in touch with each other, connected to one another, and keeping everyone abreast of any news. This website is also dedicated to my research into my genealogy.

Please visit often and please inform me of any news you wish to share with the family. Pictures that can be posted along with the news are always welcome. This website will be updated on a regular basis.

I am creating a family/friends address/phone book. Please send me your information so you can be added. I will not share any information without prior authorization from you.

How this site is set up:

I have several additional sections and pages. A section that has a list of ancestoral names (Surnames) that I am researching, a section for memorials, a page for news, a section for photos, a section for my friends at Serenity Valley, and a section for fun.

As I get information on my ancestors, I will add pages accordingly, or update pages when I get information on anyone listed in the descendancy, such as a child being born to someone in the line, or a death of someone in the line. The more often you check back, the more you will be able to follow my research. If you would like an email sent when I update the site, then please email me so I can add your name to the list.

I am also working on a genealogy database. I would appreciate any information I can obtain for the sake of completing this. The information I need is:

Names (full given names)
Dates (birth, death, marriage, divorce, etc.)

Any information you wish to share will be added to the database. Please be clear in any information you share with me. Please indicate what person you are related to and what the relation is. (i.e. mother, father, sister, brother, etc.) Please send me your full name, birth date, your spouses full name, your spouses birth date, the date you married your spouse, please be sure to include your childrens and grandchildrens information. Please indicate how any additional names you send me are related to you and what each date associated with each name is; birth date, death date, marriage date, etc. For married women, please send maiden names. For married couples please send as much information your spouse's family as possible.

I am hoping one day to add a section devoted to life stories about the people in my lines. I'd like to know stories of my ancestors. I have many great memories of my grandfather, Malachi Bullard. I am going to put those on a page one day. I have a few relatives that have agreed to send me stories that they remember of their family. I would like you all to do this. Sharing these memories is what keeps our ancestors alive. Through us they can never truly die, for to be forgotten is to truly die. This is one of the reasons I created the memorial page for Sherrill, so that she would go on. I am going to put my memories of her on a page as well. And my grandma Eva Brown. I'm also going to put pages for my parents, what I know of them and the memories from childhood to recent. And those will be updated accordingly as well. These pages aren't ready yet and will probably take me awhile to write, but one day they will be added.

I would like to take a moment to thank those that have helped me in my research. Janet Kruger sent me information on the Campbells. Susan Altschuh sent me a file that Verna wrote. The file contained Verna's email address and that is how I found Verna. Through these two women I was able to contact a living member of a side of the family that I had never had contact with.

Verna sent me all the information on the Hills. She also provided me with the information on the Campbells prior to my mother and her brother. All I knew of their father, was his name. Verna provided me with the rest. Verna also put me in contact with two more cousins.

Susan helped me research the Savage line, through her I discovered that Columbus Luther Savage was my grandfather Luther's father, and that Fletcher Anderson Savage was Columbus's father. With this information I searched some of the genealogy sites and found Anne, a cousin. She passed my contact information on to another cousin named Jim, she gave me his contact information as well. I contacted Jim and through him I got all the information on the Savages preceding what Susan had sent me concerning Fletcher and Columbus. Susan is also helping to research the Longtine line.

We have discovered that Henry Exavier may have changed the spelling. The name might have originally been spelled Longtin. Susan has offered to help me research all the lines of the family, but we focus on one line at a time. Thanks to her I have found many relatives that are still living that are willing to share information with me.

My stepmom, Tanya (Mama), is also helping me, guiding me, and advising me on my research as well as posting the information on the website. You'll notice that there aren't any dates listed for some people, instead (still living) or (unknown living status) appears beside their name. This is called privatizing. Until I have confirmation that someone has passed away, I will not list their birthdates, unless the birthdate is in the late 1800's or very early 1900's. The only time I do not privatize is if I have confirmation that the person is no longer living, in which case, I list date of birth and date of death.

If you have any questions you can email me and I will respond as soon as I can. Or if you have Yahoo Instant Messenger, my ID is elfish_degree.
